Mr. Emmenegger (Chuck) formed The Omnia Group, LLC in February 2002, along with two other Principals. Omnia is a St. Louis based acquisition firm with an emphasis on acquiring niche manufacturing and distribution companies between $10-$15 million in revenue. The company also works with national clients to locate and acquire attractive midsized manufacturing and distribution companies, provide operational and financial due diligence during the acquisition process, and search for complimentary add-on acquisitions.

Prior to starting The Omnia Group, Mr. Emmenegger was the President/CEO of Excaliber Holdings, which he started in 1996. He led the company's acquisition efforts, acquiring eight businesses in just over four years. Under this acquisition strategy, Excaliber grew from $0 to $165 million in revenue between 1997 and 2000, before being sold to Leggett and Platt, in 2001.

Prior to Excaliber, Mr. Emmenegger was President/CEO of Bull Moose Tube Company, where he grew the business from $30 million to $250 million in revenue to become the third largest steel tubing supplier in the US.

Mr. Emmenegger has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of; RAM Industries, Serpro Logistics, Camela Medical Group and Pulaski Bank of St. Louis.

Mr. Emmenegger and his wife Laura reside in St. Louis, MO and together have four grown children.

Mr. Emmenegger is currently a Managing Partner at The Omnia Group. His experience as a private equity investor has included operations, leveraged buyouts, management consulting and sales. His responsibilities have ranged from full company profit and loss, mergers and acquisitions including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, product development, strategic planning and co-managing Omnia's private equity investments.

Mr. Emmenegger has worked extensively with a variety of manufacturing and distribution businesses. His industry experience includes Metals, Consumer Products, Building Products, Contract Manufacturing, Capital Goods and logistics. 

​

Today, Mr. Emmenegger is responsible for sourcing new opportunities for the Omnia portfolio. In addition, he works directly with the management teams and Board Members on each of Omnia's portfolio businesses in developing, outlining and implementing the strategic plans for each business.

Blake joined The Omnia Group in 2018 and is currently the Director of Finance and a business partner. Blake is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities as well as partnering with the leadership teams of Omnia's portfolio businesses to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. 

 

Blake's background covers over a decade of corporate finance and strategy as well as investment banking experiences. Prior to joining The Omnia Group, Blake was in investment banking performing sell-side merger and acquisition transactions for lower middle market companies across distribution, building products and contract manufacturing industries. 

 

Along with his years in investment banking, Blake spent time in various corporate finance and strategy functions in the aerospace and defense industry. He spent nearly a decade with an iconic Fortune 50 company, The Boeing Company, in leadership roles responsible for integrating an acquired business as well as leading various international finance business ventures. 

 

Blake holds advanced education degrees and certificates in finance and business strategy. He is a sports and outdoor enthusiast and resides in the St. Louis metro area with his wife and two dogs.
